You Were Never Meant to Live Disconnected From Your Body
If you're tired of leaking, pain, tension, exhasution, or feeling like your body is working against you - you're not broken
You may simply have lost connection.
My approach helps women rebuild strength from the inside out through breath to deep core awareness, movement, and sustainable practices that actually fit real life.
For years, I believed strength came from pushing harder.
But through my own journey as a physiotherapist, runner, mother, and yoga, I discovered something different:
When we learn how to listen to our bodies instead of override them, everything changes:
movement feels easier
pain decreases
core strength improves
confidence returns
and we stop living in survival mode
This is the foundation of everything I teach.

Hear from women who have reclaimed strength, confidence, and ease through our programs and coaching.
“Through physio and getting me back into running @tatiannagrahaminc has been a life saver for me! A year ago I could barely do a 1k and I now run 10k. I’ve learned I can move and grow slowly but that’s it’s possible and that my body will adapt. So thankful for all her support ”
Harmony M., Runner, Mom of 3

“Tatianna you are the best! We need more strong female leaders like you who understand that life isn't always a straight line to the finish and that the course might take some detours we never would have expected. Your ability to help women understand their bodies better is critical in our fast paced lives so that we can achieve our goals in a healthy way, while strengthening ourselves in the process - both in mind and body!! Thank you for being you!!”
Jennifer K., Mom of 3
“After a few weeks of being more mindful with my breathing, I already feel better and notice a huge difference. I have a much more internal room, I can relax & actually use the washroom after getting home even doing other things first, like getting a glass of water 🥹 and I can sense without leaks! My body has finally recognized the need to relax and I’m ready to move forward in the program. I am feeling very optimistic!”
Holly, R.

“One of the best mind , body , soul and physiotherapists I have been blessed to have in my life through baby momma yoga, running injuries etc. you have found your passion and niche! Women are listening- keep showing up ”
Krista M., Runner, Mom of 2

“Having worked with Tatianna for over a decade, I am so grateful for her expertise and kindness. I have learned so much from our physio sessions, your yoga classes and the Move with Ease Method. ”
Karen L., Teacher, Mom of 2
