Hi, I’m Tatianna.

I’m a Physiotherapist, Yoga & MindBody Coach — and a mom of three who understands what it means to want to feel strong, capable, and at home in your body again.

I help women move beyond leaking, pain, and feeling disconnected from their bodies so they can run, move, and live with confidence and ease — especially in their 40s and beyond.

Like many women I work with, I used to believe that pushing harder was the answer.

But through my own journey — including becoming a Boston Marathon qualifier — and through years of working with hundreds of women, I’ve seen something different:

Real strength doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from learning how to listen.

When the world shifted in 2020 and I moved my practice online, something unexpected happened.

Through guided movement and mindfulness, my clients didn’t just follow along — they started to understand their bodies.

They began to reconnect, reduce pain, move with more ease, and trust themselves again.

And that’s the work I teach today.
