Meet Tatianna Graham
I’m a physiotherapist, yoga teacher, movement coach, runner, and mom of three; and I know what it feels like to want to feel strong, capable, and at home in your body again.
Like many women I work with, I used to believe that pushing harder was the answer.
But through my own experiences with injury, motherhood, marathon training, and burnout, I began to realize something important:
Our bodies are always communicating with us.
And when we slow down enough to listen, we create the conditions for true healing, strength, and resilience.
Today, I help women reconnect with their bodies through a unique blend of physiotherapy, mindful movement, breathwork, and deep core retraining; so they can move through life with more ease, confidence, and trust.
Because movement isn’t just about exercise.
It’s about freedom.
It’s about longevity.
It’s about being able to fully live your life.
Many women have spent years:
pushing through pain
bracing their core
disconnecting from their needs
ignoring exhaustion
believing stronger means harder
But true strength doesn’t come from overriding your body.
It comes from learning how to listen.
Through physiotherapy, mindful movement, breathwork, and deep core retraining, my work helps women reconnect with their bodies so they can move through life with more ease, resilience, and trust.
Tatianna Graham is a proud PHAMbassador with the Preventative Health Awareness Movement; a grassroots Canadian movement founded in Ontario that is helping shift the conversation around prevention, education, and empowered health ownership.
