Hi, I’m Tatianna!
I'm a running enthusiast, Boston marathon qualifier, mom of 3 kiddos, and a yoga/mindfulness instructor and a physiotherapist. I’m passionate about helping moms live free from discomfort, move their bodies with ease, STOP peeing their pants!! And age healthily, love and trust their bodies so that they can show up exactly how they want - confidently and freely.
The pandemic wasn't fun but it gave my clients and myself a silver lining. Shutting down my in-person practice in the early days of March 2020 allowed me to see that through online guided movement and mindfulness, I could still help people. In fact, it empowered my clients to see and realize that they can improve painful symptoms and heal through movement, FASTER.
