Hi, I'm Tatianna!

I'm a physiotherapist, yoga teacher, Boston Marathon runner, and mom of three.

For years, I thought I understood core training...until I found myself struggling with leaking, limits at the gym, and feeling disconnected from my body after having children.

What changed everything was learning how the breath, pelvic floor, diaphragm, and deep core muscles work together.

Today, I help women reconnect to their bodies through mindful movement, breathwork, and evidence-based strategies so they can feel strong, confident, and supported from the inside out.
