I am a physiotherapist, yoga teacher and a marathon runner, so I will be helping you avoid injury, with stretching and mobility, stay strong and train your breathing so that you can perform your best at soccer and whatever other sports you love.
I am a mom to 3 active kids and I get to do what I love as a job! Help people stay active and perform at their best in their sport and life!
