About Me! Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Tatianna! I’m passionate about helping women live free from bodily discomfort, move with ease, and age gracefully (i.e. redefine the traditional stereotype that aging comes with chronic discomfort and failing health).


While the last few years blessed us with the gift of working from home, it also worsened the sedentary work-life effects on everyone’s health. The silver lining is that, when I had to shut down my in-person client facing practice in the early days of March 2020, it allowed me to see that through online guided movement and mindfulness, I could still help people. In fact, it empowered my clients to see and realize that they can improve their health and discomforts through movement.
