While the last few years blessed us with the gift of working from home, it also worsened the sedentary work-life effects on everyone’s health. The silver lining is that, when I had to shut down my in-person client facing practice in the early days of March 2020, it allowed me to see that through online guided movement and mindfulness, I could still help people. In fact, it empowered my clients to see and realize that they can improve their health and discomforts through movement.
