About Me! Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Tatianna! I'm a running enthusiast, Boston marathon qualifier, mom of 3 kiddos, and a yoga/mindfulness teacher with a physiotherapy background. I’m passionate about helping moms live free from peeing their pants, move and run with ease, age healthily feeling strong and confident, and practice preventative health.


While the last few years blessed us with the gift of working from home, it also worsened the sedentary work-life effects on everyone’s health, including runners! The silver lining is that, when I had to shut down my in-person client facing practice in the early days of March 2020, it allowed me to see that through online guided movement and mindfulness, I could still help people. In fact, it empowered my clients to see and realize that they can improve their health and discomforts through mindful movement!
